In January of 2012, Hairston Education Consulting, LLC was birthed, and a dream was achieved. A dream that had been placed down on the inside of a visionary in seed-form years before, had finally taken sprout and broken through the surface to become an education consulting company that would impact thousands upon thousands of students, educators, and leaders across our nation and beyond.

For a decade, Hairston Education served and supported school divisions and schools in preparing current and future leaders, equipping them with the skills and tools needed to thrive in leading their schools, departments, and districts.  We worked with new personnel across schools divisions, providing professional growth learning sessions to strengthen their skills and understanding of the curriculum, data, classroom management, and the effective implementation of best practice strategies and methods.
